Adjust gufw man page/desktop file

Please adjust gufw man page with the following suggestions:

- Change .TH GUFW: "28" "September 2008" "" "" with .TH gufw 1 "28 Sep 2008"
- Change Gnome with GNOME
- etc... (maybe other users can post what also is wrong)

Also please adjust your desktop file to be valid checking with desktop-file-validate <desktpfile> (you need only to remove Encoding key).

But I don't undertand the bad .desktop (the error), the same files in my .deb and compress file is right :O

Oh there is an error on a my suggestion, instead of .TH gufw 1 "28 Sep 2008" you should use .TH gufw 8 "28 Sep 2008" as the man page is gufw.8, I'm sorry for the error.
