Preferences are wiped each time Gufw is upgraded

Every upgrade of Gufw causes my preferences to be reset. I like showing the Gufw notification area icon, but when a new version of Gufw is released it is annoying that I find my tray icon has disappeared and I need to redo my preferences.

Users may accept this for a major version change or where the preferences code has been redone, but it appears that every bugfix release causes this behaviour. /var/lib/gufw/cfg_files/gufw.cfg should remain constant between upgrades.

0.20.4_alpha -> 0.20.4_beta unfortunately does not work (preferences are reset again). Is this fix perhaps only for upgrading from 0.20.4_beta to later releases?

Can you change your preferences again and reinstall again?
I explain it: With this bug Bug #276276, the config file is in other directory, then this it's fixed when you updated between 0.20.4 beta or high ;) (If you update from 0.20.4 alpha this not works, because is a new directory ;)
