Menu entry should not be in 'Applications->Internet'

Bug Description

Gufw installed a menu entry to 'Applications->Internet'. It shouldn't be there. Instead 'System->Administration' would be a better place.

If I install a firewall application...
Where I will search it?
I think in Internet menu ?:O
Not problem for change it, but please, more opinions before and reasons :)

Hi.
I think that the applications menu should be only for applications that every user can access. Since a firewall is part of the system and can only be accessed with root privileges makes more sense to place it in 'System -> Administration'.
