This one is incorrect, it should be "done" instead of "do". And add a "becomes" before broken.

A critical operation will be do: Modify /etc/sudoers
If system broken, restart in recovery mode and run:

"With this enabled, ufw logs the activity of ufw. Read ufw manual for more information" is also confusing. You may say "ufw logs the network activity", I don't know.

"With this enabled, Gufw autostart with the system. It will ask you by root password (NOTE: When you close Gufw and restart, the firewall will remain last state, even with rebooting. settings will remain and active)" is bad written (Gufw WILL autostart, ask you THE root password, remain IN ITS last state, letter case in Settings, extra and, ...)

That are the errors I saw while translating, I translated everything into Spanish (exept for those) ;-)

I'm sure Vadim will spot more errors, though. Answer when you have fixed those so I can translate them.

"Número de puerto. Si tiene valor usarás un rango." I don't get the idea, even in Spanish LOL Maybe if I see the GUI I will understand... Anyway, you should say: "Port number. If it is set, you will use a range"

"Con esto activo, Gufw registrará un log de Gufw." I also don't get it. What will Gufw log?. This one is syntactically correct.

"With this enabled, ufw logs the activity of ufw. Read ufw manual for more information" What does ufw log? Don't you want to say "logs the network activity" or something like that? And it's also wrong syntactically, it should read: "With this enabled, ufw logs the activity of ufw. Read the ufw manual for more information"
