Gufw 0.0.7 & 0.0.7b don't show preconfigured applications anymore

As there were in 0.0.6, the "Predefined Applications" like Transmission, Azureus, etc don't show in Gufw. Is this the intended behaviour (eg. they configure automatically)?

Try re-installing Gufw from the latest .deb. We had an issue where Gufw
couldn't detect the installed applications anymore accidentally.

Please, do as Vadim said.
You can review the entry menu in Gnome menu, it must be include this correct command:
gksudo --preserve-env /usr/share/gufw/gufw.py

If you only have got this: gksudo /usr/share/gufw/gufw.py, Gufw 0.0.7 (only this version) not works well.

I reinstalled today 0.0.7b and the menu has --preserve-env but it doesn't have the dropboxes for apps. Here is a screenshot for you to see

do you use Ubuntu Studio, isn't it?
Have you got Transmission, aMule, Azureus, Nicotine or Deluge installed?
If you haven't got installed, then not appear :O

Nope, it's Ubuntu Intrepid with Ubuntu Studio theme :-) . I have Transmission installed, so I don't know why it doesn't appear? I have checked and ~/.config/transmission/ exists :S

Can you check the version updated 0.0.7c please, and say the result?
