Can't export rules' comments

Bug Description

When exporting a profile, the comments for the rules are not exported. This is a problem if we're trying to import the rules somewhere else and not knowing which rules are for what.

I think rules created from Gufw are exported with the comments (?).

I guess I wasn't clear enough. The Gufw comments do get exported and the show up when importing them back. I'm talking about using those same comments for ufw comments.
Ufw has the comment option so the same description used by Gufw is shown when typing `ufw status` on the terminal and viceversa, if a ufw has a comment, show that in Gufw
