Bug Description

As noted here - https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3629-RIAV-1617#networkports - UDP ports 27031 and 27036 and TCP ports 27036 and 27037 are needed to be opened for Steam In-Home Streaming to work - these ports are not open by default when using the default set of rules for Steam.
