Bug Description

Guake 4.3 crashed on Quantal.

Reproducing:

1.I have adjusted the transparence with guake settings.
2.Closed guake settings
3.Called guake with key F12
4.Close guake with Ctrl+Shift+W
5.Iterate some lopps over steps 1 to 4.

The crash must happend there arround.

I got this error when closing a tab, but guake didn't crash.

I get this error from time to time, generally when I've not interacted with guake at all for some time and never to my knowledge resulting in guake actually crashing. I don't recall ever having seen it just after doing anything with guake. Also in Quantal.

I get this error when I resize Guake ( but it doesn't crash )

I run in this problem, when I have an open ssh connectioan and my laptop goes in standby. Later I resume my OS and the ssh connection in guake don't answer, so i close the tab and get this bug report!

I ran into this error when I right clicked on one of Guake's tabs and clicked Close.

open ssh connections on unavaliable host and close the tabs (no wait for connection interupt)

I've received this a couple of times when exiting my *final* tab with Ctrl-Shift-W (default shortcut for 'Close Tab').

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1019559
