VanDale.py parser: all words are marked as primary=false

Bug Description

There is a little error in the VanDale website parser, comparing int to unicode always results in False, therefore all the words are wrongly marked as non-primary.

This is now fixed in both VanDale.py and GtkVD trunk branches.
