Perl hightlighting incorrect for regex where character isn't forward slash

Bug Description
It gets confused on a regex inside parenthesis where the start/end char isn't a forward slash :
if (m{^foo$}) {}
But works if there's a space before the 'm' or if the {} are changed to //
