change default print to file location to ~/Documents

Precise 32-Bit up-to-date
The current default 'Print to File' location is $HOME, I guess that most people want instead save PDFs to ~/Documents. Therefore the default location should be changed to XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR and use $HOME as fallback.
It's a little detail but when considering how many people click everyday the 'Save in folder' drop-down to change the output folder to ~/Documents, this change would make a difference and improve the overall UX.
