Bug Description
$ miral-shell --startup gnome-terminal
Press and hold Alt-F11
Expect: fullscreen toggles rapidly
Actual: fullscreen toggles rapidly and then gnome-terminal crashes
Even with applying the throttling workaround used in lp:~alan-griffiths/miral/workaround-1627697 applied to the "toggle code".
