Bug Description
When I start Gtimelog, the Tasks-sidebar is visible.
I don't use it, don't have it configured and would prefer it to be hidden...

I've just added an option 'show_tasks = False` you can put in ~/.gtimelog/
It'll be available in gtimelog 0.8.0.
