Bug Description
Max Ischenko sent a patch that adds a new option to automatically create monthly reports in CSV without requiring user intervention.
I need to review it (there are some stylistic changes), and perhaps change the name of the option (it was originally intended to do something else).

A csv export feature would be nice anyway.
I suggest a Menustructure like:
- Export to csv
|- daily
|- weekly
|- monthly
|- yearly
|- overall sum
and if you click one field you get an export like:
#day, time, task
2008-05-23, 5:23, foobar: spam and egg
⋮
or
#week, time, task
42, 23:42, foobar: spam and egg
⋮
maybe it makes sense to distinguish between name and category:
#day, time, category, task
2008-05-23, 5:23, foobar, spam and egg
⋮
but imho this would not be such important…
It may be convenient to give a range (export last 42 days… or export since 2008-05-23) but one can grep/head/tail etc. the files or even delete the tail in excel…
the option »open in spreadsheet« can be omitted afterwards while one can open the csv in a spreadsheet anyway…
