Rename "workview"

By itself, "workview" does not tell clearly what it means. We should either suggest it, by adding more information in the app (that was the idea behind this branch: [1], or improve the wording to directly incude the idea.

I think GTD solved this issue by defining "actionable tasks" such a concept. But even with this somewhat agreed-upon solution, some additional comments are needed so that everyone understands.

So all in all I would be in favour of a "Only view actionable tasks" denomination, with an additional in-context explanation (that could be dismissed not shown in the future).

Btw, "Only view actionable tasks" could be reduced down to "Actionable tasks" depending on the context (e.g. the toolbar).

As discussed on the mailing-list, "actionable" is not really adequate, it is primarily used as a legal term.

Until we find a better wording (if any!), I suggest we focus on adding information about the meaning and the behaviour of the "Work View". Izidor suggested to add the info pane for this (see bug #844963).
