V0.2.9: missing dependencies in README file

Bug Description


There are missing dependencies in the readme file since liblarch is now external to the project.
Especially, could you precise if liblarch alone is enough or if we need both liblarch and liblarch_gtk

You need both liblarch and liblarch_gtk for using GTG.
