Bug Description

the plugin description files (like geolocalized-tasks.gtg-plugin) don't seem to have a support for localization.

The easiest way to do this would be to replace the current ConfigObj-compatible files with Python files that used _(). I don't think that would introduce too many complications in the discovery of plugins...
