Save space in the tasks edition windows

Bug Description
Currently, the "Starting on" ... and "Due for" ... items on the left column take a lot of space in the editing window. Moving them to the bottom of the window saves a lot of space which can be used for the tasks text.
The close button could also be moved to the toolbar, I'm not even sure this button is really needed.
I'm attaching a quick and dirty mockup.
