Google Provides a standalone online tasks application (also integrated on Gmail)
AFAIK, it doesn't provide any API right now, but it might be possible to R-E it to be able to synchronize tasks.

Upstream Google Bug that requests an API to tasks. Has been triaged by a Youtube engineer.

Marked as Won't fix as there is no Google Task API.

As long as there is no such API, I don't see the usefulness of discussing anything related to this feature request. Please reopen this bug when a public API exists.
