gtg not save plugins flags

I have an Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit
if I
1 - enable some plugins and
2 - enable Notification area plugin and
3 - then close gtg by x button on his window,
4 - then close the system doing a shutdown by graphical Ubuntu interface
5 - the next time the system go up all plugins enabling flags are gone and all plugins are disabled
