Bug Description

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "/usr/share/gtg/GTG/plugins/bugzilla/notification.py", line 64, in uinit_pynotify
    pynotify.uninit()
NameError: global name 'pynotify' is not defined

GTG0.3.1 on ubuntu 16.04

Ever since I upgraded to 16.04.1 from 15.04, I have been getting this every time I close GTG. Exactly the same report as in the bug description.

Solution seems to be `sudo apt-get install python-notify`, which should be a dependency of GTG I guess.
