impossible to have tasks depending on an unique task

Bug Description
Let's assume an example - You have three tasks like:
- apply patch A on product v1.0.x (1)
- apply patch A on product v2.0.x (2)
- apply patch A on product v3.0.x (3)
But all those three actions above, depends on another action:
- apply patch X on packaging distribution (4)
I couldn't find a way to put (4) as a subtask of (1), (2) and (3).
