Cannot use the plugin for Hamster time tracking

Bug Description

My system: Ubuntu 13.04

What I did:
1. Installed GTG 0.3 and Hamster time tracker 2.91.3 through the Ubuntu software center
2. Installed the Hamster time tracker plugin in GTG
3. I selected a task and clicked the new Hamster button
4. A popup appears telling me that GTG has had a problem, asking that I file a bug here (GTG doesn't actually crash, neither does Hamster, but nothing happens, and if I click "Ignore the error", any additional clicks to the Hamster button don't do anything)

These details accompanied the error popup:
