deactivating the untouched tasks plugin leaves "add @untouched tag" in plugins menu

Steps to reproduce:
Goto edit->plugins and select untouched tasks plugin
Now once, the plugin has been activated,
Goto edit->plugins and unselect the untouched tasks plugin

Expected: The plugins->"add @untouched tag" option should be removed
Actual: It is persists

If I again do the above steps before closing gtg, there is one more menu option added to add the tag.

The option is removed on closing GTG.
