This bugs is due to the fact that the GTK windows bundle doesn't inclue the hicolor theme.
To fix this bug :
1, Download the lastest hicolor theme archive on http://
2, Unarchive the theme
3, create the folder %GTK_ROOT%
4, copy the index.theme in the new folder
