Bug Description

When trying to play a video that required me to install a codec, I was presented with a dialogue that suggested I install "gstreamer-plugins-bad". I happen to know the background of the gstreamer packages and why they're called what they are, but were I a new user I'd probably think that the plugin installer was trying to do something it shouldn't. Perhaps the bad/ugly packages should be given less pejorative names, especially as Ubuntu is recommending that they be installed.

affects: gst-opencv → gst-plugins-bad
