Bug Description

Trying using gstreamer0.10 on Ubuntu 12.04 but no luck. There are open source codecs available for NIST/Sphere wav files such as http://www.nist.gov/itl/iad/mig/tools.cfm and lots of documentation surrounding the filetype, such as http://www.ee.columbia.edu/ln/LabROSA/doc/HTKBook21/node64.html but it looks as though gstreamer has yet to incorporate playback for these filetypes.
