gsseap in interface names

At least for interfaces in the extension, gss or gssweb is probably a better interface name than gsseap. The rationale is that there's nothing in our extension (other than the mechanism white-list) specific to gss-eap. This could be very useful for Kerberos and other mechanisms.
This applies to the high-level authentication api too, although it's less of an issue there because it's easier to change the name.
