Bug Description

The C sources have a useless copyright statement that doesn't list the copyright holder, and that refers to a top-level LICENSE file for details which doesn't exist.
For JANET owned sources the Moonshot standard is to include the copyright in each file.
The javascript has no copyright or license at all.
I believe the standard moonshot license is appropriate for the C++ and Javascript code that is in an extension.

I believe the following clause is not appropriate for the part people need to include in their webpages:
 * 2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
 * notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
 * documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

I'll ask JANET about removig that clause and using a nonstandard two-clause BSD license foor those files.
