Unsupported PORT command breaks certain FTP clients

Bug Description

The PORT command isn't handled at all, an error 500 is returned. This breaks at least command-line FTP, possibly others. (It works after passive mode is enabled manually.)

Frank, thanks for the report. I'm aware that some command line clients need support for active data connections and I'll try to commit the necessary changes in a future release, possibly only after a 1.0 release.
