Audioscrobbler plugin doesn't authenticate against server

Bug Description

Audioscrobbler uses a challenge-response system based on MD5, and the plugin is not correctly validating (the server returns BADAUTH).

I suspect that the MD5 concatenation is wrong - the spec is a bit funky. One plan would be to find an implementation in another program that works and liberally apply tcpdump.
