When placing Grub Customizer on the menu I saw that "Ubuntu Tweak Tool" installs to this place, so I did the same. But you're right, System->Administration is the better place.

About the name:
…on the other hand, the user is looking for Grub Customizer after doing "sudo apt-get install grub-customizer"… do you think I should do it anyway?

But the translation is a good idea. Didn't know there's a way to use gettext…
