Bug Description

Hi;

I launched an system update during which Linux kernel was updated. I launched Grub Customizer immediately after this update, without rebooting first, which I usually never do in such case. When I wanted to store the new GRUB configuration from Grub Customizer, an error message popped up, saying to report this issue, with message:

exception '9Exception'
 with message 'entry not found inside of specified parent'
 in /build/grub-customizer -eQfo0d/grub-customizer-5.1.0/src/main/../-Bootstrap/../Model/Script.hpp:207

Grub Customizer was hanging up at this stage, never ending the configuration saving task. I killed its process and rebooted, and when trying to launch it again, now it's directly when it opens that it fires another issue message, saying:

exception '9Exception'
 with message 'Assertion `scriptMap.find(rule->__sourceScriptPath)!=scriptMap.end()' failed. Function: sync_connectexisting’
 in /build/grub-customizer -eQfo0d/grub-customizer-5.1.0/src/main/../-Bootstrap/../Model/Proxy.hpp:249

And it stays hanging up if I confirm that I still want to continue rather than exiting.

Hoping it's only a small trick... Of course feel free to ask for any other info.

Many thanks for your help.

Grub Customizer finally got back a normal behaviour after I renamed file "/etc/grub.d/proxifiedScripts/lowlatency", and moved file "/etc/grub.d/LS_lowlatency", which was calling the "proxifiedScripts/lowlatency" script. Which I did because I could notice some incoherence's in this script, just by syntax coloring: some obvious bash reserved words were turning as string data. I considered repairing, but it looked really weird, incoherence's keeping on while previous ones were fixed.

Hoping this ticket will help.

Thanks for Grub Customizer!
