'This removes all your list modifications of the boot loader menu' is ambiguous (and confuses in another way)

One sees the message (that my summary reproduces) when, on Grub Customizer 5.1.0 - and on later versions?), one clicks the 'Revert' button. But what is at issue? Modifications one has made since the most recent launch of the Customizer? Or ever? This matters - evidently - and so should be made clear.

Also, 'list modifications'? That is poor English and consequently unclear. Are there non-list modifications? What is meant?
