The menuentry for arch linux is named '"Arch Linux'. Grub Customizer isn't handling the '"' correctly (I should fix this...).

Currently the only way to fix your boot menu is by using the reset button of grub customizer. This will restore the default boot menu order and naming. Other configuration (everything inside settings and theme tab) wont be touched. After doing that, you should be able to save your configuration. You can't use the list configuration as long as this problem isn't fixed (or your distro renamed that menuentry title).
