Bug Description
Ajthough there is a theme.txt file in a download theme (Matrix),
GRUB customizer reports the following when trying to apply a downloaded theme:
"This theme doesn't contain a theme.txt. Please look for the config file and rename it to "theme.txt"!
Updating GRUB also does not apply selected theme when rebooted, GRUB otherwise comes up, as per configuration set up in GRUB Customizer.
Using:
Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS
GRUB customizer 4.0.1

The theme.txt is at a subdirectory ("matrix") but expected on the toplevel. This is because the package begins with root directory instead of files.
TODO:
Detect this case and unpack to toplevel.
