Bug Description
Define all strings in a constants file and use IDs everywhere else. You can see all the events at one place and also you can update the string at one place if you need to.
This needs to happen across the board.
Changes require in Network service Orchestrator, Network Device Orchestrator modules, orchestrator driver, config driver, proxy, base configurator.
