GBP Service chain instance creation fails if the related PTGs or Service chain Node name has a whitespace

Bug Description

The service chain instance instantiates the services using heat. Heat raises an error if the stack name has a whitespace in between.

Since the stack name is composed from service chain node name and service chain instance name(PTG name), if any of these resources have a whitespace in their name, instantiating the chain fails.

    Remove spaces in stackname in ServiceChainInstance create

    Heat throws an error if the stack name has space in between.
    Remove any space before invoking Heat Api in ServiceChainInstance
