Yes Sumit .. if I remember there was no PT created for the PTG J.
Unfortunately I do not have the system in the same state to re-verify

I will surely try to see how I re-manifest the issue

It seems that the PTG still had PTs in this case. Are you sure there were no other PTs apart from the one you mention here that was created for the VM?

From the log file, it seems the PTG delete was trying to delete an implicit L2P, which was trying to delete an implicit L3P, which was trying to delete a Router, which still had a port.

Can you verify that both the L2P and L3P were implicitly created, and that this PTG was the last reference to both of them?

Did any previous commands involving the same implicit L3P or any L2Ps, PTGs or PTs referencing it fail, possibly leaving things in a bad state?

If you can recreate this failure, can you use "neutron router-list" and other commands to try and track down what subnet still has a port on the PTG's L2P's L3P's Router?

From the bug file, there are two provided_policy_rule_sets related to the policy target group, before you delete the policy target group ,you should delete the provided_policy_rule_sets firstly.
