Bug Description
In the table and in the confirmation dialog it shows up as "Delete ExternalConnect
While making this change please also rename "Create External Connectivity" to "Create External Connection".
Similarly for L2 Policy, it shows "Delete L2Polices", should be "Delete L2 Policies" and "Delete L2 Policy".
