Bug Description
When trying to update a PTG which has a network service policy associated to it, an error is generated saying error submitting the form.
If there is not network service policy associated to the PTG, then the update is sucessful.
CLI update has no issue either way.

We were getting this failure because of
incorrect query for Network service policy
from form context
