L3 Policy details view does not show all attributes

Bug Description

Attributes such as ip_pool, associated external segment, etc are missing. See the attached screenshot.

More specifically the following should be shown in addition to the attributes which are currently being shown:

ip_version
ip_pool
subnet_prefix_length
external_segments

There is a cosmetic issue here as well - there is no spacing on the left side of the L3 Policy details (no padding between navigation pane on the left and the L3 Policy details).
