Add consumed PRS should unselect selected PRSs (that are already consumed)

Bug Description
Policy -> Groups -> Click on a Group -> Select Provided or Consumed PRS tab -> select an existing PRS -> click on the "Add Consumed PRS" button (or the 'Add Provided PRS" button if you are in the Provided PRS tab) (see attached image)
A dialog pops up. The PRS entries in this dialog have no correlation to the earlier selected rows in the table. As such they should be unselected before the dialog pops (to avoid confusion).
