Bug Description
The protocol value today takes TCP, UDP and ICMP and None as allowed values, where None is the implicit value assigned if protocol value is not passed.
When we do not pass protocol, it is assigned default None and treated as a wildcard.
The issue is if we have a classifier with the protocol value as TCP, UDP or ICMP, it is not possible to update the classifier and clear the protocol value to have a wildcard.
