Thanks Krishna. This is indeed the right fix for using the post-juno version of the neutron client as a dependency. We need to however decide whether we want to stay with the version that was tested. Currently the issue is fixed in the repo by removing the python-neutronclient dependency from the requirements file, and adding a dependency to the test-requirements that reference a specific commit id.
