Bug Description

Operating System: Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04) 64bit
Ground Control version: 1.6.5-0jaunty2 from LP PPA "doctormo/groundcontrol/ubuntu jaunty main"
Other python dependecies: installed from LP PPA "pitti/apport-retracer/ubuntu jaunty main"

After adding the two PPAs the installation works fine, no dependencies problems or errors.

After the installation the situation is:
 - there isn't any ~/Projects folder
 - the ~/.config/groundcontrol/ folder was created but is empty
 - the file ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs doesn't contains any groundcontrol related XDG entry.

When running the Ground Control Configuration (both from System->Preferences menu or command line) the LP login process seems to works, I can see the LP homepage with my Nick and the logout button in the top-right corner inside the Ground Control window, but after a couple of seconds the window automatically change and go back to the starting point (Login into LP o create an account).

After running the configuration the ~/Projects folder was created, but it is empty, without the .groundcontrol file inside.
Also if I manually add the .groundcontrol file there nothing happens when I open the ~/Projects folder with Nautilus.
I have tried both to restart Nautilus and logoff/login.

Attached you can find the output of the "python /usr/share/groundcontrol/configure.py" command, the ~/groundcontrol.log log and the ~/.cache/launchpad/website/session_login content with some comments to allow a better understanding of the timeline of the events (maybe you can add the seconds in the groundcontrol.log log format).
