Incorrect Error for missing ssh keys

When we have missing ssh keys or some other kind of security error, bzr returns a very unhelpful message about the connection being closed "unexpectedly" (when in fact the error is known as it's printed before on the command line). While this isn't an issue on the cli, the error reporting in the new gui is limited to what bazaar spits out and as such should be getting better information about the problem.
