Avoid presenting formating markup for translation

1. If possible, it would be nice to avoid formating tags in translations, expecialy when there is only one starting and ending tag. This can help translator concentrare on the content... and will not allow them to breack the formating:

Uh... my bad. Most of the strings are comming from Glade so we have to wait for a fix from Glade.

But at least this string can be fixed :)
