please add LP code to search paths

Please add also other locations than just LP projects to the search paths.

For instance there migt be a vcs~import which code I would like to use as basis for my changes.: https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/scipy/timeseries
Or just the branch of someone which may not be part of a specific project:

I don't actually know if that's possible. We'd need it to be able to see those things and looking through the launchpad api it doesn't look like there is anything.

Can you have a dig around and suggest a way to implement this?

Maybe like this:

1) search for persons registered at LP
2) show their branches
3) let GC user select the desired branch
