'Request Merge' should display full branch paths

Bug Description
I recently created a branch with the same name as the parent. As a result, The 'Request Merge' window shows:
From Branch: foo
To Branch: foo
As you can see, it is not clear what the source and target branches are. It would be much more useful if grouncontrol displayed the full path of the branch. For example, it would display 'lp:~nhandler/project/foo' as the 'From Branch' instead of just 'foo'.
